You have the option to get a in-person or over-the-phone walk through prior to your cleaning. This way there are no surprises and everyone is happy!
We can clean during or after business hours, depending on your preference! We can also clean day and night.
If you prefer after hours, many customers give us a key so we can clean without disrupting your work
Nope, that’s totally up to you! During your booking process you'll be prompted to give us entry instructions. If you have a proper way to leave us a key somewhere, there's no need for you to be home. Or, feel free to stick around during the clean. Whatever you're most comfortable with is fine.
In any case, please don't forget about your appointments. We'll remind you with an email or text message, but if the cleaner can't get in the door by following your entry instructions, or if you aren't home when you said you would be, you'll be charged a lock-out fee.
Yes, special instructions can be left for the cleaning professional when you submit the information for a free quote. Special Instructions can also be discussed during your walk though, either in-person or on the phone, prior to your cleaning.
Yes, we provide all supplies needed. Although, if you have specific cleaning supplies you would rather us use, please leave out in clear view for our cleaning staff and accompanied by directions on their use.
Absolutely. Our manager typically joins the cleaners on their first clean, and follows up periodically, by email and/or in person, to make sure we consistently do a great job. Additionally, we value client feedback and encourage our clients to communicate with us when their needs change.
In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, you can request a reclean as long as the appointment was completed within the past 24 hours.
You can request the reclean either by email or phone number and will be completed within 72 hours of contact.

We accept all forms of payment including: Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, Zellen and PayPal.Cash tips are preferred. Tips are optional but are certainly appreciated by our cleaners
